BistroCat Smart Ship Subscription Terms

BistroCat offers an automated replenishment service called Smart Ship, available exclusively to customers who own a connected BistroCat feeder. By enrolling in Smart Ship, you authorize BistroCat to monitor feeding patterns through your connected feeder, track your inventory of Genuine BistroPods, and automatically replenish your supply when it’s running low — no action required.

How It Works:

Smart Ship requires your BistroCat feeder to remain connected to Wi-Fi in order to monitor usage and trigger reorders. By enrolling, you agree to:

  1. Allow BistroCat to monitor feeding activity and pod consumption via your connected feeder;
  2. Permit automatic shipment of your suggested BistroPod varieties based on consumption patterns;
  3. Authorize charges to your preferred payment method on file for each shipment.

You’ll receive a notification prior to each order, and may edit or cancel any upcoming shipment by 11:59 PM EST the two days before it is scheduled to ship. You can manage your preferences or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your BistroCat account or contacting Customer Experience.

17-Case Subscription Commitment:

By signing up for Smart Ship, you agree to purchase a minimum of 17 cases of Genuine BistroPods within a 12-month period, fulfilled through scheduled auto-deliveries. Your commitment must be met in a minimum of 4 shipments, with a maximum of 6 cases per shipment counting toward the annual commitment.

Each case of BistroPods contains either 64 1.4 ounce pods or 24 2.75 ounce pods and counts as one qualifying case toward the commitment, regardless of variety. Variety packs and special editions also count as one case.

If you do not fulfill the 17-case commitment within 12 months, BistroCat reserves the right to charge you for the remaining cases based on the lowest available per-case price at the time of billing.
